Therapy is a relationship that requires open communication. If you have any questions about aspects of your psychotherapy, please feel free to bring them up at any time.
I accept UnitedHealthcare (Optum), Aetna, and Anthem (BCBS) insurance plans. As of January 1, 2022, I will no longer be a provider for CIGNA (Evernorth) or CIGNA EAP.
For a 50 to 60 minute session my self pay rate is $125 or $135 for couple or family therapy.
